Shipping Policy

Made to Order
Some BAD SHOTZ products are produced to order. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 4 business days. This allows us time to produce, quality-check and pack your order properly.

UK Delivery
Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class or an equivalent delivery service. Once dispatched, delivery will normally take approximately 2–3 business days, although carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. Any free-delivery offers or qualifying order values will also be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch
You'll receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided where the delivery service used includes tracking.

Delays
During particularly busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, orders may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Currently UK Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
